Secretary Volkman presented Acts of the Board. These were printed in the annual meeting booklet with an addition of the discussion to add Nikki Lohr as a Life Member. This proposal will be voted on at 2025 convention in May by the club members in attendance. A proposed budget was approved for the 2024 Antigo tournament.  As costs keep rising, especially lineage, the Board approved an increase tournament entry fee effective with the 2025 tournament, to $55 ($25 D, $25 S, $5 AE) and with board latitude in assigning funds as needed to conduct business (entry fee is a tournament policy made by the board which does not require a bylaws amendment).
